Litterbox Color and Bladder Infections

Comment: I find that a clear or a light colored litterbox helps me to determine bladder health. When my male cat got a bladder infection, I could see the red tint more easily in the lighter colored box and was able to get him help more quickly.

Comment: I have tried to find a cat box for my 3 pound female and my 25 pound male. He does not fit the covered boxes, so I made my own. I took an airline type dog crate and put the largest cat pan that I could find towards the back. It has the feel of a litter box...
