My Cocker wears a harness, rather than a collar - better control :-), has a special ring for a leash separate from the ring for rabies and ID tags. That ring includes the rabies tag, a bright red heart shape tag with her name and tel. #, plus a silver heart shape tag with her picture on one side, and tel. # plus add. on the other. In addition, I saw adv. on PetPlace the Top Tag ID that is able to be read by any USB connection, no special scanner required. I purchased one and am so pleased with it. It is amazing the info. the program holds, so easy to use, self installing in any computer, or unit that has a USB connection, contains every piece of necessary, plus special info. needed about your pet, cat or dog, and can be updated at a moment's notice in just a couple of minutes. I highly recommend it to everyone.
