INAPPROPRIATE POOPING

SO WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOUR CAT USES THE LITTER BOX FOR URINATION, BUT POOPS IN ONE SPOT OUTSIDE OF IT? i HAVE 3 CATS, INDOORS/OUTDOORS. Recently, one of them, not sure which one, has started leaving presents in one spot on the livingroom rug.

The litter is changed frequently, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
