Maggie, our black kitty loves to play with her multi-feathered toy. It is attached with a string to a stick. In the mornings she carries it into the living room where there is plenty of room for her to chase, jump and play. Of course I have to make the toy move for her to enjoy it. Other toys she likes are little furry mice and a circular plastic holder with a ball inside. She loves hitting the ball around and around from the sides and the top of the plastic holder.

Comment: ping pong balls are terrific: they roll well, bounce well, and make a neat noise. And they are six for a buck at the dollar store, so you can lose a few under the fridge. Try throwing them up the stairs to bounce back down.
