Please know that this comment is biased based on the fact that the GoughNuts company is mine. However, I am interested in participating in thoughts regarding chew toys and welcome any questions that people may have. Based on the parameters of safe, guaranteed, durable, easy to clean and fun, I think the GoughNut stands near the top or the top. The GoughNut premise is safety utilizing a patent pending two layered design. We say green for go and red for stop such that if the green layer is penetrated a visual indication of red is shown indicating to stop and return the toy for replacement. Our commitment to safety is that we want any damaged toys back as with any chew toy if the design is compromised the toy's ability to withstand chewing is greatly lessoned. The toy rolls, bounces, floats, and is pliable to where the dog thinks it can be destroyed yet few can penetrate through the green. Thx, Amy
