Select DISC SIZE below based on size of throwing hand, or size of dog.
HAND SIZE: The medium disc is designed to fit a smaller throwing hand. Women and young children may find it easier to throw the medium disc with better accuracy.
However, both disc sizes can be thrown by anyone, regardless of their hand size. It is simply a matter of personal preference.
DOG SIZE: If you prefer, you may use the medium disc for dogs weighing 25-30 pounds or less. However, neither size is recommended over the other.
It is simply a matter of personal preference. Dogs of all sizes can effectively use both medium and large discs, and all dogs are permitted to use either size disc in disc dog competition.
